Job Qualifications

General Requirements:

Our ideal candidate should have:

• School Social Worker with appropriate NYS Certification.
• Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole.  Awareness and experience with relative technology mediums would be ideal.
• Creativity and insight into core curriculum.

Salary and Benefits:

According to the South Colonie Teachers Association Contract - at least Schedule 1 Step 1 or $55,437.00.  Depending on experience and transcripts.  Competitive benefits.
