Job Description

Anticipated Substitute/Long-Term Substitute Grade 1 Teacher. 

Start Date: ASAP to December 3, 2024 for approximately 12 weeks.

 

Job Qualifications

General Requirements:

Our ideal candidate should have:

• Childhood Education/Elementary Education Teacher with appropriate NYS Certification Grades 1-6 or Birth-Grade 2.
• Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole.  Awareness and experience with relative technology mediums would be ideal.
• Creativity and insight into core curriculum.

Salary and Benefits:

According to the School Alliance for Substitutes in Education (SASIE) Contract.  Certified sub $121.00 per day, uncertified $101.00 per day, increase after 20 consecutive days.
