Job Description

Anticipated Substitute/Long-Term Substitute School Social Worker

Start Date:  Approximately September 1, 2025 through December 5, 2025.

Job Qualifications

General Requirements:

Our ideal candidate should have:

• School Social Worker with appropriate NYS Certification.
• Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole.  Awareness and experience with relative technology mediums would be ideal.
• Creativity and insight into core curriculum.

Salary and Benefits:

According to the School Alliance for Substitutes in Education (SASIE) Contract.  Certified sub $123.00 per day, uncertified $102.00 per day, increase after 20 consecutive days.
