Anticipated Probationary World Language Teacher: (1) Middle School Level (Grades 7-8) Spanish for 2026-2027 School Year

Location: (1) Sand Creek Middle School .

Start Date: September 1, 2026

Job Qualifications

General Requirements:

Our ideal candidate should have:

• NYS World Language Spanish Grades 7-12 Certification in subject area (World Language).  
• Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole.  Awareness and experience with relative technology mediums would be ideal.
• Creativity and insight into core curriculum.
• An understanding of best instructional practices when providing targeted, small group instruction at the middle school level. 
• World Language academic support for grades 7-12. 

Salary and Benefits:

According to the SCTA Contract - at least Schedule 1, Step 1 or $57,677.00 depending on experience and transcripts.  Competitive benefits.
