Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Custodial Worker 

REPORTING TO: Assistant Director of Facilities / Senior Director of Facilities

HOURS: 8 hours per day (Monday - Friday 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)

START DATE: ASAP

CURRENT LOCATION: Sand Creek Middle School

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs routine building cleaning work; does related work as required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: 

According to Schedule G of the CSEA Contract ($38,789.00 starting salary).

Job Qualifications

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies and equipment; ability to follow simple oral and written instructions; willingness to perform routine cleaning and other manual tasks; ability to get along well with others; thoroughness; dependability and good physical condition.
