Probationary Math AIS Teaching Assistant for the 2026-2027 School Year Grades K-4

Start Date:  September 1, 2026 

Location: Forest Park Elementary School.

Job Qualifications

General Requirements:

Teaching Assistant, Students with Disabilities, Early Childhood or Childhood Education Teacher NYS Certification.

Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole.

Creativity and insight into core curriculum.

Experience with students with varying abilities, solid organizational skills and willingness to facilitate hands-on activities.

Benefits and Salary:

According to the SCTA TA Contract - Base salary of $28,838.00, additional allowances for degrees and certifications.  Competitive benefits.
