Seeking candidate to join in a leadership role in administrative services, which support the instructional program for the 2025-2026 school year.
Salary and Benefits:
According to the South Colonie Administrators' Contract - base salary of $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 depending on experience and transcripts. Competitive benefits.
General Requirements/Responsibilities:
NYS Certification as a School District Administrator (SDA), School Administrator and Supervisor (SAS), School Business Leader (SBL) or School District Leader (SDL). Masters Degree (30 hours or higher) with a major in educational administration.
Minimum of 3 years of successful experience as an Administrator at the appropriate level and experience with Special Education.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Child centered, experienced leader who can inspire professional and support staff to maintain the highest standards for our schools.
Ability to supervise school operations and ensure that the building environment is healthy, safe, and conducive for learning.
Develop and administer a budget that maximizes the benefits of available resources.
Ability to implement the APPR plan, differentiated instruction, MTSS and DASA.
Understand and appreciate the academic, social, and developmental needs of all elementary age children; specifically students with disabilities.
