POSITION TITLE: Temporary School Monitor (Security)

REPORTING TO:  Building Principals

LOCATION: Sand Creek Middle School

HOURS: 6.5 hours per day

START DATE: January 19, 2026  ending June 30, 2026

SALARY & BENEFITS:  $16.50 per hour plus $2000 security stipend per Teamsters contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides support for the safety and security of the school building. Activities include building vestibule management, hallway patrol, cafeteria patrol, involved in arrival and dismissal procedures, and must work collaboratively with the Building Administration and the district-wide School Safety and Community Engagement Coordinator on matters of school safety and security. This position requires a high degree of cultural awareness, an understanding of positive behavioral supports and restorative practices.

$16.50 per hour
